By using this website or any information and services on it, including but not limited to blogs, videos, audios, social media posts, products, and services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms, conditions and cancellation policy herein. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this website or the services.

The provision of Coaching and Healing is intended as a tool to assist clients towards their own ultimate goals. It is not meant to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure any condition you or your pet may be experiencing. It is not meant to replace the advice or care of your team of healthcare professionals. Clients who have a medical or psychological disorder or illness must seek professional medical advice. This responsibility falls with the client to disclose and not Creative Healing to diagnose. 


The role of Creative Healing is to assist the client to bring balance into their whole lives and ensure the client is in touch with their own needs on a holistic level - typically the mind, body and spirit. No assumption of responsibility is made or taken through the provision of Coaching or Healing.


Creative Healing makes no guarantees about the results Client will receive. Client agrees that any statements made by Creative Healing regarding potential outcomes are opinions and are not binding on Creative Healing. Results are dependent on many factors including but not limited to the severity of the medical condition, the level of compliance with instructions, in addition to other factors that you and/or Creative Healing may not be able to anticipate.


All information supplied by the client is confidential and the client may request to view their own personal information, stored in Creative Healing’s records. Information will not be given to third parties in relation to the client or the client’s personal details without the permission of the client, unless Creative Healing deems the client, or any other person associated with the client, to be in a serious or life threatening situation, in which case Creative Healing is duty bound to report the perceived danger to the appropriate authorities. Such incidences may include suicidal tendencies or physical, mental or emotional abuse being committed on or by the client.

Covid-19 Requirements

Vaccination Requirements

As a "Close Contact Business", the Covid-19 Response requires staff at Creative Healing to be fully vaccinated, and all clients and students of Creative Healing to provide proof of vaccination prior to their appointment/course/workshop/event/retreat. Additional health and safety requirements may also be required (such as mask wearing and social distancing). If you feel unwell prior to your session, please call me to reschedule your appointment or to arrange an online meeting.


Unvaccinated clients and students may utilise online appointments and courses only. If you have any queries I am happy to answer all of your questions, please contact

Covid-19 Restrictions

If we are unable to meet in person due to government applied Covid-19 restrictions, the option to reschedule, or apply for a full refund will be provided to you. In the case of Creative Circle we will pause the event until we can meet in person again.

Cancellation Policy


Your appointments and well-being are important to us. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact to cancel or reschedule.

Any cancellation or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will not be refunded. Missed appointments will not be refunded.


In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your payment may be applied to future services at the discretion of Creative Healing.

Courses, Workshops, Events and Retreats

Our events are small and intimate with limited availability. In the event you need to cancel, we kindly request that you inform us at least 7 days before your scheduled event. This will allow us to offer your spot to another student. Please contact to cancel.

Please note we do not offer refunds. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled event, you will lose any payments you have already made. However, if you give us at least 7 days notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another event.
